Terms of service

These terms apply to every delivery booked with Nextway Delivery Services LLC ("Nextway").

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we issue a tracking number. Pickup and delivery times are estimates and depend on traffic, weather and the receiver being available.

Prohibited items

We do not carry cash (other than cash on delivery we collect for you), illegal goods, hazardous materials, live animals or items restricted by UAE law. Senders are responsible for packaging items safely.

Failed deliveries

If a receiver cannot be reached, we will attempt redelivery or return the parcel to the sender. Additional attempts may be charged.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value agreed at booking, or the standard limit in our rate card where no value was declared. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Cash on delivery

COD amounts collected are settled to the sender according to the agreed settlement schedule after deduction of delivery charges.
