This policy explains how Nextway Delivery Services LLC ("Nextway", "we") handles personal information.

What we collect

To deliver a parcel we collect the sender's and receiver's name, phone number and address, a description of the parcel and, for cash on delivery, the amount to collect. When you contact us we keep your message and contact details.

How we use it

Information is used only to arrange pickups and deliveries, to show delivery status on our tracking page, to settle cash on delivery with senders and to reply to enquiries. The public tracking page shows the parcel status and areas only, never names, phone numbers or full addresses.

Sharing

We share delivery details with our own riders and, where needed, with partner couriers for deliveries outside Dubai. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

Delivery records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling under UAE law. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing nextwaydelivery@gmail.com.
